site updates.

Not much has happened to PyonTube the past day or so. I have been uploading a few media files as well as optimising bits of code here and there.

I have however set up a feature ready for a future promotion. The site logo is now displayed at random (although this is unnoticable at the moment because there is only one logo to choose from). In the future i will be hosting a community competition to design a new logo. The entries i like best will be added to the site.

Members.

I am pleased with the number of members that have joined in such a short space of time but within the next week or two i am hoping this number will increase significantly.

I must say thank you to gonebonkersz for uploading such a large amount of content in such a short time. I will be very happy if i could get more members as willing as you are.

Alerts

As some of you may have noticed i recently posted an alert. These are messages that are automatically sent to every member. They will be used rarely in the future and only to inform people of important site updates. My personal blog is where minor updates and tips will be posted.

Promoting PyonTube

You may have noticed the media play pages have a new section labelled "Forum Code:". This is part of my PyonTube promotion. I have contacted a few jpop related forum admins and supplied them with code that will automatically insert a video/song into a members forum post if they paste the text found in "Forum Code:"
It is entirely up to the administrators of the forum to do so but hopefully they will, adding more potential members to the site.
If you know of any forum that may be interested in this then feel free to let me know.

As i stated earlier my blog will be the location of minor site updates and tips. I will try to add what i can when i can. as always i am happy to answer any questions you have.
