To start you off I think you should check out some Monoral and Girugamesh as well as Dir en Grey and The Gazette, you could also just do a PyonSearch for "jrock" and you will find all sorts of wonderful and new! Candy for your ears!

If it's comedy you are after then just search for "comedy" or "funny" .... Altho for music and comedy all rolled into one I definitly recommend "Yazima Beauty Salon" ....... The funniest, quirkiest shizz ever!!
